Personal Training and Therapy Exercise Services
For Traditional Personal Training Programs: Your package includes your reassessment session. Re-assessments should be performed ideally once every 4, 8 or 12 weeks, depending on how often you are training. This is assuming you are also following your prescribed nutritional and cardio recommendations outside of the sessions. Traditional PT sessions include complimentary nutritional evaluation and recommendations. For a package of 12 at once a week increments it would include 14 sessions total for assessment and re-assessment.
Individual Fitness Assessments: Typical this is your first appointment of your personal training or Home Exercise Program purchase. However, this can be purchased and performed individually.
