JUST AS THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF DOCTORS AND MEDICAL SPECIALITIES, THERE ARE ALSO MANY DIFFERENT STYLES OF MASSAGE AND BODYWORK. THERE ARE ALSO MANY MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT THESE STYLES. HERE AT MIXD BODYWORK MY PRIMARY GOAL IS TO RELIEVE ACHES AND PAINS, NOT JUST RELAX YOU. I BELIEVE IN COMBINING COMPLIMENTARY THERAPIES THAT AIM TO TREAT THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM - NOT JUST THE SYMPTOMS. I DO NOT BELIEVE DEEP TISSUE THERAPY HAS TO HURT. THEREFORE I OFFER MULTIPLE DIFFERENT STYLES OF WORK ALL UNDER THE SAME PRICING. IN FACT , MOST OF THESE STYLES MAY BE COMBINED IN ONE SESSION. MEDICALLY THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE, SWEDISH, ACTIVE MYOFASCIAL RELEASE, ESALEN, DEEP TISSUE, STRUCTURAL RE-INTEGRATION, SPORTS MASSAGE, AND ACTIVE ISOLATED STRETCHING, ARE JUST A FEW OF OUR SPECIALITIES WE OFFER, ALL WHILE STILL OFFERING YOU TIME TO DECOMPRESS AND HEAL. All massages include your choice of hydrotherapy with aromatherapy. You may also add the following to your massage for an additional charge of $5 each: a second (or a blend of) aromatherapy, an Epsom salt foot soak, hot stones or Tibetan singing bowl.

Outcalls/In-Home/In-Office
Outcall pricing is the same with an additional $25 fee for every 15 miles traveled and 18% gratuity. For example, if I am in Truckee and you would like a 1 hour outcall in Squaw Valley it will be $90 + 25 + an automatic 18% gratuity. Outcall services must last 60 minutes or more. Less than 60 minute services are in office only.
Local Discounts/Referral Rewards
Below you will see all the local discounts I offer, as an incentive to get people involved in the community, get them active, and also as a way to give back to the community. Local discounts are only given to those who reside in the area 6 months or longer. Also, discounts may be combined, but only on services lasting 60 minutes or longer.
I also sometimes run seasonal specials such as a Holiday Fitness Challenge or a Spring Cleanse special. Please contact me for the latest specials and information.

There is also a one time $10 administrative fee for your first appointment. There are no refunds or returns on services or products. Your sessions never expire. However, under extenuating circumstances transfers will be considered.
