Disclaimer: Online exercise programs are designed for those that would prefer the expertise of a professional in their workout program planning and only need moderate to minimal instruction. Ideal for post rehab patients not ready to return to the gym or those just wanting a little variety in their workout or even for those that travel.  These programs are not recommended for those new to exercising. One on one sessions are always recommended for beginners or for those with special considerations.
