gratitude, upcoming events and HUGE announcement

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the amount of love and support for our opening event last week! I was incredibly honored to have felt the love of this great community for our New Moon Sound Healing event! We were honored to hear the experiences shared during the event as well. It has always been a dream of mine to be a part of an integrative wellness space and that dream is becoming a reality thanks to you all. It is an honor of mine to share my love, and gift of Reiki with you, and to support you on your journey.
In addition to our Full Moon and Sound Healing events we will also be offering some community based therapeutic workshops and healing offerings. Our workshops are a space to engage and explore together through different mediums and shared experience. For the community events, we are introducing two different community Reiki offerings! The first, Community Reiki! Which is a discounted rate at $1 a minute offering with a minimum of 15 minutes. We will have 15 minute sign up windows, with a 30 min limit. Which means you can come and get a powerful Holy Fire Reiki session in as little as 15 min, to support the mid week slump. The second will be a Reiki Share and will be announced soon.
Next, the workshops. Our first Expressive Arts Therapy workshop will be a Sip & Paint style but we will be sipping our Tea Line. Tapping Into Your Expression will be a hands-on experimental workshop that explores connection to self, through use of various mediums that will be provided. The workshop will start with a grounding tea circle and then will transition into tapping into finding personal voice and self-expression through utilizing intuitive making. The workshop will be facilitated by a lover of the arts, and a seasoned creative facilitator. (She also has a MSW degree and knows her stuff!) The second workshop will be a Dream Board workshop that is slightly different than Vision boards. Dream Boards are more than putting some pictures together. This workshop includes health coaching around these dreams and goals. You will be diving into the steps it will take to make this Dream a reality and create the positive affirmations to do so as well.

Saturday, December 18, 2021 – Full Moon End of Year Sound Healing Celebration - 7 pm
Our full moon events and workshops are open to the public and are on a sliding scale. It is important to us that this wellness center is a place of community that is accessible, which is why we have decided to do most of our events/offerings on a sliding scale to accommodate the varying level of our communities financial resources.
